What advice would you give to the next generation of female leaders?

“My advice to the next generation of female leaders is to be “authentically you” without conforming to societal standards or norms. What I mean by that is create a leadership brand that embraces who you are and all that you bring to the table. Don’t wait to be chosen for opportunities – find problems that need to be fixed and step up to find solutions. Let others know you’re looking for increased levels of responsibility and when those opportunities arise, deliver effectively.”
