Whippany-based Suburban Propane Partners LP on Wednesday announced a refresh of its core brand elements.
Set to begin roll-out in the summer of 2019, Suburban Propane’s brand update is focused on three essential pillars: Suburban Commitment, Suburban Cares and Go Green with Suburban Propane.
Supported by the tagline, “Delivering excellence locally, backed by our strong national presence,” the Suburban Commitment pillar harnesses the Partnership’s dedication to providing high-quality service to its customers.
The second pillar, Suburban Cares, will highlight the Partnership’s dedication to giving back to local communities across its footprint, as well as the many employee-focused initiatives that, the company said, make Suburban Propane a great place to work.
Lastly, Go Green with Suburban Propane will focus on how the Partnership will continue to promote the affordable, clean burning and versatile nature of propane gas as a bridge to a green energy future. Propane is non-toxic, produces virtually no sulphur – a primary cause of the greenhouse effect – and, as a motor fuel, emits 60 percent to 70 percent less smog-producing hydrocarbons than traditional gasoline and diesel fuels.
The pillars will be introduced through a strategic 360-degree approach, including updates to the Partnership’s websites and social media channels, targeted partnerships in both hyper-local and national markets, and consistent messaging updates to revolutionize and streamline day-to-day business activities.i
