At the heart of the changes made across the firm's 2 million-square-foot office portfolio is a rooftop solar panel initiative that COO Steven Bergman says has been in the works for the past 10 years and will help both to "lower the carbon footprint of our properties while saving tenants money."

According to President and CEO Michael Bergman, the pace puts the company on track to exceed its 2021 achievements.

Four properties across the Woodbridge real estate investment and management company's portfolio will add on-site, in-person weekly classes focused on health, fitness, art and general well-being from the tenant engagement specialists, while all of the firm's owned or managed locations will have access to its app.

Totaling 28,100 square feet, the additions mark the first agreements since the firm acquired the property last summer, and come on the heels of planned improvements to the three-story building.

Covering a cumulative more than 27,700 square feet, the largest agreement brings Agile Therapeutics to the property located within the Princeton Forrestal Center.
