Now, a recently approved expansion aims to transform the site further, adding five buildings with 328 residential units and 190,000 square feet of entertainment, retail and dining space to a central pedestrian corridor.

Berkeley Heights gets its biggest solar parking canopy

Mayor Angie Devanney joined executives from The Connell Co. and Brightcore Energy to commemorate the project, located at the 185-acre The Park campus. The installation is expected to deliver annual savings that add up to $496,843 annually — or more than $12.4 million over the system's 25-year life cycle.
