NJ drops appeal in Norcross racketeering case

Acting Attorney General Jennifer Davenport will not appeal the dismissal of the racketeering indictment against George Norcross III in the Camden redevelopment case brought by her predecessor.

NJ appellate court upholds dismissal of Norcross indictment

Citing deficient charges and time, the panel affirmed an earlier decision that dismissed racketeering charges against George Norcross and five co-defendants.

The New Jersey Economic Development Authority released a rendering of the proposed venue to house the Philadelphia 76ers in Camden as part of an effort to bring the team to New Jersey.
