The BGill Group announced several exciting pieces of news this week, reflecting the company’s continued growth.

The full-service, strategic communications and political consulting firm founded by veteran New Jersey strategists Brendan Gill and Alixon Collazos-Gill said Nov. 13 it is celebrating personnel moves, the opening of a new headquarters, and a newly designed website.

The BGill Group announced its new headquarters, located at 35 Park St. in downtown Montclair. The firm purchased the building earlier this year and restored it. The historic, Victorian home formerly served as the site of the nonprofit The Teachers’ Club.

The BGill Group’s new headquarters features spaces for work, meetings and small events as well as a conference room and a centralized location for the firm’s clients in the heart of Montclair.

“It was very meaningful to acquire and restore this building, given its unique history and how that history aligns with our family’s deep connection to the teaching profession and Montclair’s public schools,” said Gill, a lifelong Montclair resident, who noted that his father taught in the municipality’s public schools for more than 50 years.

The Monday announcement also introduced The BGill team, which includes:

• Jordan Hirschhorn, a veteran political operative and public affairs specialist, who was recently promoted to director of government affairs.
• Robin Wallace, who joined the firm in March 2021 as director of communications and serves as its media liaison. She has spearheaded an expansion of strategic communications, creative content, and digital and social media services.
• Matt Clarkin, who joined in January as a government affairs associate.
• Anchira Jazquez Ferrara, who joined the firm in April as executive assistant to Brendan Gill as well as office manager.
