Vantage Commercial announces Medford office sale

Amega Enterprises LLC acquired an office condo in Medford, Vantage Commercial announced Feb. 3.

The Cherry Hill-based full-service commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm represented the buyer and seller in the sale of 30 Jackson Road, located within the Jackson Commons Professional Building.

The 1,440-square-foot space is located within a medical/professional complex with easy access from Tuckerton and Stokes roads and Route 70.

The buyer recently renovated Building D at the same complex for another Vantage Commercial client, the firm said.

“Amega Enterprises is growing exponentially as an investor and has acquired multiple investment properties within the South Jersey area,” Vantage Executive Director Ken Richardson said in a prepared statement. “Anthony was pleased with the ability that Vantage displayed during the negotiation process. This will be another exciting opportunity for Amega to renovate and secure a long-term tenant.”

Richardson and Vantage Director of Healthcare Services Emily Stein handled the assignment, working with the condo owner and Amega Enterprises President Anthony Amato to identify the opportunity and close the deal.
