Vantage Commercial facilitates long-term retail lease in Cherry Hill

Vantage Commercial said July 23 it secured a new long-term retail lease in the Towne Center at Short Hills in Cherry Hill for Babylon Barbers, a full-service men’s barbershop.

Ready to move into its 1,775-square-foot space, Babylon Barbers joins a diverse roster of co-tenants including Starbucks, Stretch Zone, Short Hills Deli, Olive Nails, Primo’s Water Ice and Tabboulee Restaurant. The center is located along heavily trafficked Evesham Road and is easily accessible from Springdale Road and Routes 73 and 561.

Director of Client Services Monica Walsh and Director of Health Care Services Emily Stein worked with both the landlord, Short Hills Towne Center II LP, and the tenant, Mohammed Said, owner of Babylon Barbers, to negotiate a favorable deal for both parties.

“Babylon Barbers has selected an ideal location for their new barbershop. Centrally located in a highly visible retail complex in Cherry Hill, they will benefit from their new location for years to come.
