Vantage Commercial leases space for water ice shop in Cherry Hill

Vantage Commercial announced April 2 that Primo Water Ice, a homemade water ice/ice cream parlor, signed a lease for its newest location at the Towne Center at Short Hills in Cherry Hill.

The retail center, located at 484 Evesham Road in the heart of Cherry Hill, has easy access to Routes 70 and 73 as well as heavily trafficked Springdale and Kresson Roads. It is currently undergoing redevelopment with a new retail building to be constructed in 2021.

A diverse roster of co-tenants include Altum Chiropractic, Olive Nails and Tabboulee Mediterranean Restaurant.

Vantage Commercial Director of Healthcare Services Emily Stein worked closely with the landlords, Harry Rosenblum and Jay Wegweiser, to negotiate and secure the space for the tenant, Adriana and Victoria Adams, who have been in the foodservice industry for many years.

“The centralized location of the Towne Center at Short Hills allows for the perfect location for Primo’s Water Ice. We know that Primo’s will be a welcome addition to the center as well as the surrounding community. The Adams’ business will be well-positioned for success within Short Hills and neighboring residential developments,” Stein said. “During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is even more critical to have a strong understanding of the market. Our relationships with landlords, including Rosenblum and Wegweiser, become even more important as we all need to be able to service clients during challenging times.”
