Vantage Commercial said Dec. 18 it has secured a lease with Atilis Gym in Galloway Township.

Located at 323 S. Pitney Road, the 26,000-square-foot open-air style fitness facility is the former home of Tilton Fitness and includes three levels of weightlifting equipment, cardio machines, and training rooms.

Senior Advisors Corinne Giletto and Ken Richardson at Vantage Commercial, worked with the landlord, Gormet Land LLC, and tenant to help facilitate a transaction.

Chris Lambert of Atilis Gym said the facility will stay true to its “hardcore” traditions while integrating modern improvements to create an overall full-body gym experience.  Lambert said he had to adapt his facility’s policies to operate in safe conditions during the pandemic. He commended Giletto and Richardson’s ingenuity in negotiating and finalizing a lease that allows him to enter the market and adapt to evolving COVID regulations.

The location is just minutes from the Garden State Parkway and Atlantic City Expressway. Atilis Gym at Galloway is set to open its doors on Dec. 21, 2020 at 5:00 a.m.
