A three-story property located in Haddon Heights’ historic central business district has sold, Vantage Commercial announced March 31.

The free-standing office building at 400 White Horse Pike is comprised of approximately 5,500 square feet, and conveniently located among densely populated residential neighborhoods, retail centers and restaurants. The property offers easy access from Routes 295, 130 and 76.

Vantage Commercial Advisor Mike Gries represented the buyer, Jeff Jones of Cypress Financial planning.

Financial terms of the deal and the seller were not disclosed.

In a statement, Jones said he was drawn to the township due to its historic and professional nature, adding that he was excited to plant roots in Haddon Heights.

For Gries, the assignment project extra satisfaction.

“As a resident of Haddon Heights, I always get an added kick out of placing someone here,” he said. “Jeff knew what he wanted, was responsive and attentive throughout, and I am happy I could deliver for him. I am confident that he will be a great resource for the town, and I look forward to seeing him around and watching his business continue to grow.”
