Vantage secures retail tenant in Marlton

A new pizza place is coming to Plaza 73 in Marlton.

Vantage Commercial announced it secured a lease for Singas Famous Pizza – the third restaurant to take up residence at the complex.

Plaza 73 is located at 140-150 Route 73 N., with excellent visibility and signage on the heavily trafficked roadway. Co-tenants at Plaza 73 include U.S. Marines Career Center, Sushi Kingdom, Scrub Pro Uniforms and Chef Zhang Chinese Restaurant.

Director of Client Services Monica Walsh worked with ownership and the tenant to secure a long-term lease.

According to the firm, Vantage and Walsh started on the project in December 2021. Establishing the new tenant speaks to both the strength of Plaza 73’s location and to ownership’s ability to adapt in a changing climate amid the pandemic, the firm said.

Singas Famous Pizza’s lease brings Plaza 73 to full occupancy.

Mr. and Mrs. Bill Singas opened their first restaurant in Emhurst, N.Y., in 1967. Since that time, Singas has followed three guiding principles: Quality & Consistency, Cleanliness, and Customer Service.
