Walmart unveiled its remodeled store at 900 Springfield Road in Union with a June 12 ribbon-cutting ceremony and community celebration.
Originally opened in 2001, the renovated 129,000-square-foot store now features:
- – Enhanced offerings across fashion, baby, home and pets
- – Easier-to-navigate layouts
- – Upgraded pharmacy and vision spaces
- – Expanded online pickup and delivery services; and more
The remodeled Union location is part of the retailer’s broader modernization effort underway across New Jersey. This year, 12 stores across the state are being updated. The company also noted that it has invested $173 million in Garden State locations in the past five years.
