Woodmont Properties and its partner Atkins Cos. on Wednesday said that Woodmont Townsquare in Washington Township is now fully leased. The property is situated in the heart of the new Washington Square Town Center, which features 30,000 square feet of retail and 40,000 square feet of medical office space.

Woodmont Townsquare is a mixed-use, luxury community at 257 Hurffville-Cross Keys Road and is comprised of 330 one- and two-bedroom residences.

Woodmont Properties and joint venture partner Atkins Cos. recently welcomed several new retailers to Washington Square Town Center, including Italian specialty shop Jenaro’s and Bison Coffee Co. which are both projected to open in spring 2020, bringing retail to 70 percent leased.

Additional retailers at the property include Vivian’s Nails N’ Spa; PetCheck, an animal urgent care facility; and Strive Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation, a South Jersey-based physical therapy company. Also part of the Town Center, a 40,000-square-foot, Class A medical office building space, which serves as the flagship location for the Rothman Orthopedic Institute in South Jersey.
