The property, called the Lackawanna Center, offers more than 500,000 square feet for lease and sits on 13 acres.

“The building is divisible to 20,400 square feet and includes abundant on-site parking, a dry sprinkler system, 23 freight elevators with 20,000-pound capacity and three passenger elevators,” Weichert said in a news release. “With high ceilings and wide spaces, as well as 22 loading docks, this ideal industrial site is in a prime location with easy access to the Holland Tunnel, PATH trains, major highways and local amenities.”

Weichert Commercial Senior Vice President Scott Maynard, who recently represented This Is It! Productions when it leased 131,000 square feet at the property, will list the property.

“The space at 629 Grove St. provides businesses with an outstanding opportunity to grow and expand their operations,” he said. “It currently features 30 diverse tenants with businesses ranging from printing and textile to warehousing and distribution.”
