Welcome home: Occupancy underway at The Hazel in Jersey City

Leasing got underway at The Hazel in Jersey City last month. Now, the boutique building’s first residents are calling the Bergen-Lafayette offering home, with initial occupancy announced on March 22.

The Marketing Directors is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the building at 89 Monitor St., which is comprised of 114 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our first residents and begin the important process of building a community at The Hazel,” said Bill Rosato, managing partner of Alpine Residential, which developed The Hazel in partnership with FieldsGrade. “The first move-ins will help bring The Hazel to life as residents begin to actively enjoy its upscale apartments and modern indoor and outdoor amenities, social spaces, and premium services.”

Homes at The Hazel are available at net-effective monthly rents starting at $2,240 with a limited-time grand opening incentive of up to 1.5 months free on select lease terms.
