A 25,364-square-foot medical office property in Mercer County – an epicenter of life science, biopharmaceutical and other health care-focused enterprises in the state – has changed hands in a deal arranged by Cushman & Wakefield.
The property at 88 Princeton Hightstown Road in West Windsor was sold for $8 million, the firm announced on Feb. 16.
Cushman & Wakefield‘s David Bernhaut, Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel and Andre Balthazard represented the seller.
The two-story medical office building recently underwent renovations that brought updated common areas, new HVAC units and parking lot improvements to the property. It is 3 miles from the University Medical Center of Princeton and offers direct access to the Princeton Junction train station, Route 1 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
“88 Princeton Hightstown provided investors with the opportunity to acquire a 91% leased, premier boutique medical office asset,” Schwartz said. “We saw significant interest in this property because of its highly impressive tenant roster and ideal medical location.”
Current tenants at the property include Penn Medicine’s Princeton HomeCare and Princeton Physicians Group.
