Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf LLP promoted two to special counsel in its New Brunswick and Madison offices.
Sandy Galcio Jr. concentrates his practice on commercial, insurance and land use litigation, and appeals. He also represents clients in connection with real estate tax matters, redevelopment, affordable housing and land use applications before state, county and local boards and commissions in his real estate practice; and represents municipal clients and litigates environmental matters.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is based in the firm’s New Brunswick office.
Hua Howard Wang focuses his practice on patent litigation and opinion work related to pharmaceutical, medical device and chemical fields. He joined Windels Marx from Budd Larner, where he practiced patent law, in 2019. For 15 years, he has represented clients in multiple complex patent litigations, including patent disputes involving a broad range of pharmaceutical subject matters such as drug compound, composition, formulation, polymorph, impurity, pharmacokinetics, administration and method of use.
Wang is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and is based in the firm’s Madison office.
Both promotions are part of a swathe of five firmwide promotions. Three other promotions, including two to partner and one to special counsel, occurred in Windels Marx’s New York office.
