Through philanthropic grants, volunteerism, mentoring and education partnerships, the company’s community education programs have impacted more than 97,000 individuals worldwide, while grants to community organizations total more than $10 million. The company is also environmentally sensitive, globally sourcing 46% of its electricity from renewable sources. Cognizant’s long-term commitment to New Jersey — in 2020 the company moved its space from Teaneck’s Glenpointe Center West to Glenpointe Center East — demonstrates how corporate leadership can drive meaningful economic and social progress within the Garden State.

Headquartered in Livingston, CoreWeave has emerged as a critical player in artificial intelligence infrastructure. In January 2025, CoreWeave became a founding partner in the NJ AI Hub alongside Microsoft, Princeton University and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, together committing over $72 million to support research, workforce development and AI commercialization.
CoreWeave further deepened its commitment to the Garden State in August 2025 with the purchase of a 280,000-square-foot site on 27 acres in Kenilworth for $322 million, planning a $1.2 billion conversion into a state-of-the-art data center. These kinds of investments demonstrate CoreWeave’s commitment to creating sustainable, high-paying jobs while supporting New Jersey’s technological infrastructure.

In 2025, Ferrero continued expanding its footprint in the region via the $3.1 billion acquisition of breakfast cereal giant WK Kellogg. In 2025, HBSE secured Philadelphia’s 18th WNBA team and appointed Bob Myers as president of HBSE Sports. It also announced a state-of-the-art South Philadelphia arena, a joint venture with Comcast Spectacor, to house the 76ers and Flyers, complementing a larger mixed-use development.
