Accurate Builders & Developers was recently joined by Linden Mayor Derek Armstead, several municipal officials and others to celebrate the debut of a new luxury community that brings 234 rental residences, 4,500 square feet of onsite retail space, and an enclosed parking garage to the Union City municipality.
Located at 307 W. Elizabeth Ave., Citizen Linden is just steps from the train station and a short walk from the city’s main thoroughfare, Wood Avenue.
“Accurate Builders & Developers is committed to transforming neighborhoods and enhancing the lives of its residents, and that is evident in the elegant design, distinctive architecture and attention to detail found at Citizen Linden,” said Accurate Builders President and Chief Executive Officer Jack Klugmann. “We are delighted to open the doors at Citizen Linden, which will be a great addition to this centrally located community. With its vibrant culture, walkable downtown, and convenient access to mass-transit, Linden offers a great balance between suburban and city-centric living.
“Citizen Linden adds a modern residential option to that mix, and we look forward to welcoming our first residents,” he said.
Indoors, resident amenities include a lobby lounge, a resident lounge, and coworking spaces and conference rooms. Outdoors, there’s two furnished and landscaped courtyards with lounge seating, firepits, a bar with a television, and barbecue and dining areas.
Topping off the amenity package is an onsite dog park, bike share and storage, and private, covered parking.
The Marketing Directors serves as exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the property. According to the firm, limited time incentives are available.
Net-effective monthly rental rates for the studio, one- and two-bedroom offerings at the property start from $1,800, with initial occupancy set for Jan. 15, 2022.
Citizen Linden was designed by Thomas J. Brennan Architects, whose founder graduated from Linden High School.
“The apartments are open and airy, and through a collaborative effort with the interior designer and landscape architect on behalf of Accurate Builders and Developers, we collectively created a community atmosphere that appeals to today’s residents,” said Tom Brennan.
According to Accurate Builders, Linden is home to more than 30 parks, playgrounds and picnic grounds, in addition to athletic facilities.
The city’s New Jersey Transit rail station operates on the Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast lines, with service to both New York City and the Jersey Shore. For drivers, there are easily accessible entrances to the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 1 & 9.
Last month, Accurate Builders debuted the third – and final – phase of units available at its, also rail adjacent community in Somerset County, Raritan Crossings.
