Launched in 2014 by Luck Sarabhayavanija, Ani Ramen House is known for its house-made pork, chicken and vegetarian ramen broths using Sun Noodles and its bao buns, gyoza and izakaya small plates.

Similar to its locations in Montclair and Summit, the Princeton restaurant will feature a walk-up Mochinut kiosk for mochi doughnuts, which are a combination of traditional American doughnuts with Japanese rice cakes.

In addition to Montclair and Summit, Ani Ramen House has full-service restaurants in Jersey City, Maplewood, Cranford and New Brunswick. It also runs a quick-service spot inside District Kitchen Food Hall in Jersey City.

In December 2021, Ani Ramen House began to expand into New York, opening in Manhattan and Larchmont.

Discussions for additional New Jersey locations are on hold, according to a representative.
