Bluestone Lane has arrived in Bergen County.
Located at Bergen Town Center in Paramus, the popular Australian café opened earlier this summer. The 2,400-square-foot-space is situated across from Whole Foods Market.

Founded 11 years ago by former Australian football player Nick Stone, the brand offers artisanal coffee beverages. Additionally, Bluestone features full table service of all-day breakfast, brunch and lunch, including toasts, bowls, wraps, salads and pastries.
Named as one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing private companies in 2021 in the New York metropolitan area, Bluestone Lane has about 60 locations in the U.S. and Canada.
Along with operating coffee shops and cafés, Bluestone Lane offers a suite of consumer package goods. Items include whole bean coffee, compostable espresso coffee, pods, teas, cold-pressed juices and bakery items.
The location at the Urban Edge Properties-owned mall in Paramus marks Bluestone Lane’s fifth spot in New Jersey. It also has cafés in Jersey City, Hoboken and Princeton, as well as a kiosk at Newark Liberty International Airport’s Terminal A.
Bluestone Lane at Bergen Town Center is open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
