Bergen County retail center sells for $4M

Marcus & Millichap recently closed another Bergen County retail center sale.
Located at 403-411 Goffle Road in Wycoff, the firm announced the $4.28 million sale Dec. 30.
“Bergen County strip centers usually don’t hit the market often, but when they do, there’s usually a tremendous amount of interest,” noted Senior Managing Director Investments Alan Cafiero. “It came as no surprise that’s what happened here with this strip in Wyckoff.”
Built in 1990, the 10,192-square-foot retail property was renovated in 2020, according to Marcus & Millichap‘s announcement.
Along with Alan Cafiero, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office David Cafiero and John Moroz exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller as well as procured the buyer. Neither party was disclosed in the announcement.
JAG Physical Therapy anchors the center located at the signalized intersection of Goffle Road and Wyckoff Ave. According to M&M, the area sees traffic counts above 26,000 vehicles per day and is close to national retailers, such as ACME, CVS, Starbucks and Dunkin’.
Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Aaron’s Strip Center earlier in the month for $6.4 million.
