Pinstripes, a bowling-bocce-bistro concept, is coming to New Jersey.
Scheduled to open Feb. 16 at Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus, the two-floor, 31,221-square-foot location will feature 13 bowling lanes, three bocce courts and a full-service bistro serving Italian-American cuisine.
Pinstripes Paramus will also have three private event spaces for groups of up to 1,000 people. The venue says it plans to host a high volume of private corporate and social events, targeting 1,000 events within the first year of operation.
Wesley Rebisz, the mall’s senior general manager, describes Pinstripes as a “unique experiential offering that will complement our shopping destination and give our guests another place to gather and create memories with their loved ones.
“We are proud to be the first Pinstripes location in New Jersey and look forward to introducing its vibrant environment to the community,” he said.
As part of the grand opening celebration, Pinstripes will serve guests free lunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 50% off dinner 5 p.m. to closing between Feb. 16-23.
The menu – conceptualized by Chief Culinary Office Cesar GuGutierrez and Executive Chef Douglas Geraghty – focuses on house-made classics as well as rotating seasonal specialties prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and desserts. Additionally, the bistro will serve wine, craft beer and handcrafted cocktails.
A brunch buffet will be offered every Saturday and Sunday, featuring sweet and savory culinary delights, including a signature waffle station, made-to-order omelet station, carving station and sweets table. On both days, guests can also enjoy bottomless mimosas and Aperol spritzes.

Founded 17 years ago in Chicago, the eatertainment chain has 15 other locations across the U.S., with plans to increase its footprint to 23 units by the end of the year. The brand went public via a merger last month with a special purpose acquisition company, raising $70 million in gross proceeds to support its growth.
With the opening of Pinstripes Paramus, the brand will bring an estimated 130 new jobs to the area.
“Pinstripes will bring more than 30,000 square feet of sophisticated fun to Westfield Garden State Plaza and will provide Paramus residents and visitors with a fantastic new destination to dine, play and celebrate with friends and family,” said Pinstripes founder and CEO Dale Schwartz. “We’re excited to welcome our first guests in New Jersey to experience a modern twist on dining, entertainment and events.”
