Edison-based Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), said June 7 it represented the sale of an industrial property in Somerset for $5,662,500.
BRC Senior Vice President Leo Esses and Sales Associate Ilan Tabbouche represented the seller, Emby Hosiery, in the transaction. The buyer, CPF Somerset LLC, was represented by CBRE.

The property is ideal for warehouse and distribution with its proximity to Interstate 287 and the New Jersey Turnpike.”
Located at 6 Shirley Ave., the asset is a 45,300-square-foot industrial property in close proximity to Routes 27 and 1, Interstate 287 and the New Jersey Turnpike. It also features a 1,000-square-foot office, 20- to 26-foot clear ceilings, two tailboards, two drive-in doors, 800 amps of electric power, 10-plus car parking spaces, extra yard space and energy efficient motion sensor lighting.
