Following its recent partnership with , Healthcare System on Jan. 11 announced its 2022-2023 board of trustees and the appointment of three new board members.

John Cantalupo will serve as chair, Kenneth Reilly as vice chair, and Nadia Batchelor as secretary/treasurer.

Brian Brian Gragnolati, Atlantic Health System president and chief executive officer; Dr. Steven Sheris, AHS executive vice president, chief physician executive and Atlantic Medical Group president; and Dennis Wilson, president and CEO, Delta Dental of New Jersey and Connecticut join the board as part of the recent pairing between CentraState and Atlantic Health.

“2022 is a very important year for us as we forge our new partnership with Atlantic Health System, and this leadership group will drive us to create more value for patients in our region as we grow in the coming years,” said CentraState President and CEO John Gribbin in a prepared statement.

Cantalupo joined the board of trustees in 2013 and has served on the Finance Committee for the system since 2010. He is a shareholder at Archer & Greiner PC, serves on the board of directors for the law firm, and currently chairs its Public Finance and Economic Development Department.

Reilly became a member of the board of trustees in 2018 and has been a trustee for the CentraState Healthcare Foundation board since 2013. He is founder and managing partner of Holmdel-based BroadFront Capital Management.

Batchelor came on board as a trustee in 2018. She is currently managing director and global head of corporate access at Jefferies LLC in New York City.
