After its February 2022 launch as a takeout and delivery-only virtual kitchen featuring multiple cuisines, Foodiehall in Cherry Hill is adding indoor dining as well as a new offering from James Beard Award-nominated chef Sylva Senat.

According to the popular e-restaurant, the recently opened space features 20 seats; guests can order from any of the 10 available concepts, which include world-famous Geno’s Steaks and longtime shore staple Junior’s Doughnuts, and dine in-house.

Additionally, Foodiehall unveiled S5, a sandwich brand from acclaimed chef Senat, who took the helm as Foodiehall’s culinary director earlier this year.

S5’s menu primarily consists of sandwiches made using bread from New York-based Orwasher’s Bakery, including chicken parmesan, BLT, meatball parmesan, tuna, roasted turkey and plant-based chicken parmesan; however, it also offers a number of soups and salads.

Senat, a contestant on the 14th season of Bravo’s “Top Chef,” will soon add a sandwich to S5’s lineup that pays homage to his Haitian Creole lineage, featuring braised oxtail, Haitian epis and pickled cabbage slaw on a roll from Formica Bakery in Atlantic City.

In commenting on the latest developments at Foodiehall, owner Dan Goldberg said, “We are so excited to now be an actual destination for our guests to come and sit and enjoy a delicious meal.”

“Operating as an e-restaurant brought with it some challenges, but we had a great first year-and-a-half in business, and our customers started to utilize the seats as soon as they were put in place. We’re also very excited to have Chef Senat’s new concept up and running. He’s an extremely talented chef, and we’re very lucky to have him and his cuisine here,” Goldberg continued.

Located at 1931 Olney Ave., Foodiehall’s other eateries include Canting Wok and Noodle Bar, Simply Fowl, DaNick’s Craft Burgers, Criss Crust, Dando Tacos, Mac N Toastie and Fornire Italian Kitchen.
