Cinnaholic, a plant-based bakery known for its gourmet cinnamon rolls, brownies and cookies, is gearing up to open its fourth location in New Jersey.

Located at 135 Route 73 in Marlton, the new shop plans to celebrate its Jan. 27 grand opening by selling its popular cinnamon rolls for $2 apiece from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

According to the chain, the promotion is limited to one roll per customer, per visit, and any additional orders are regular price. Patrons must also be present at the time of purchase and may not combine the offer with any other discounts or deals.

Founded 12 years ago by Florian and Shannon Radke, a couple from California, Cinnaholic started out as a food truck and then moved into a brick-and-mortar location.

Since then, the company has focused on growing its footprint. In 2014, Cinnaholic began franchising and now has more than 70 locations across the U.S.

Over the past three years, Cinnaholic has opened three bakeries in New Jersey: Westfield, Metuchen and Sea Girt and expects to launch one in East Windsor soon.

Cinnaholic’s latest location in Marlton will be open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
