Representing the next stage in its decades-long development, commercial real estate firm NAI Fennelly started off 2023 with a rebranding to Fennelly Associates.

The name change was announced Dec. 30.

“Looking ahead toward our organization’s next chapter, we recognized a tremendous opportunity to harness our independent and entrepreneurial spirit to create a real estate services company that more closely aligns with the needs of not only the businesses of today but also the businesses of tomorrow,” firm President Jerry Fennelly said in a prepared statement. “We look forward to working closely with each of our clients to continue to deliver an unmatched end-to-end commercial real estate experience locally, regionally and nationally.”

Established in 1986, Hamilton-based Fennelly Associates says its success is built upon a strategic and data-driven methodology that assists clients of all sizes in capitalizing on untapped opportunities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Under its new moniker, Fennelly Associates said it will continue offering services including: site search and selection, industrial sales and leasing, office sales and leasing, corporate land sales, property disposition and property management.

The firm added that it will also continue to identify opportunities to harness its proprietary market research and applications of the latest in real estate tech to offer innovative real estate solutions that deliver value for its clients.
