Accounting firm Cullari Carrico LLC has added a partner to its practice.

On Tuesday, the Fairfield-based firm announced Robert Marzan, who specializes in restaurant financials and operations management, as partner.

“We are glad to have Marzan on our growing team of professionals,” Managing Partner Jason Cullari said in a prepared statement. “He has hand-on experience running restaurants from the financial and operational perspective which will help our clients realize more from their investment in our services.”

According to the firm, Marzan previously launched restaurant accounting and finance consulting firm Next Course Financial Group LLC, and served as director of finance for Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, which was traded publicly from 2001 to 2007. The firm said he also has a record of taking restaurant brands, like Pinch Chinese and BIB Gourman, across the spectrum from concept to reality, through re-imagining and expansion.

He also serves on the Restaurant Finance Committee for Sun Rise Inn.

Cullari Carrico provides tax, accounting, auditing, management and personal consulting services across industries including real estate, construction, retail operations, and various service industries.
