Deloitte & Touche to relocate offices to 100 Kimball Drive.Deloitte & Touche USA LLP plans to move its Parsippany office, its largest location in the New York metropolitan area outside of Manhattan, to 100 Kimball Drive, where it has leased 160,000 square feet. The Wilton, Conn.-based professional-services firm will take up four and a half floors of the five-story, 175,000-square-foot Class A building. The building was completed earlier this year as part of joint venture between Edison-based Mack-Cali Realty Corp.; The Hampshire Cos., a Morristown-based real estate investment fund manager; and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Gale Real Estate Services, a Mack-Cali subsidiary based in Roseland, will handle management and leasing for 100 Kimball Drive, which was built on spec.

The move, which is expected to take place in December, marks an expansion of the professional-services firm’s current Parsippany operations at Two Hilton Court, where it occupies 90,000 square feet. Two Hilton Court’s other tenant, Tokyo-based pharmaceutical company Daiichi Sankyo, plans to take over the space that Deloitte will vacate. Deloitte also has three other New Jersey offices in East Brunswick, Princeton and Summit.
