The project broke ground in 2024. The new building replaced an outdated structure at the corner of Chimney Rock Road and Route 22. When work began, Denholtz said the updated design for the 8-acre site addresses growing demand for Class A multitenant space in the region. The site sits less than a mile from the entrance to Interstate 287 with connectivity to I-78 and beyond.
Denholtz Senior Vice President, Leasing, Kristine Hurlbut said the DIGI America Inc. lease reflects the quality of the project, as well as the Somerset County market. “This is exactly the kind of established, forward-thinking company we envisioned as a tenant here and we’re thrilled to have them,” she said.
