With plans to expand “aggressively” in its home state of New Jersey and across the Northeast, CareFinders Total Care has a new location in Newark.

The in-home care and personal services provider leased approximately 1,800 square feet of office space at 466-470 Bloomfield Ave. in the state’s largest city, Lee & Associates New Jersey announced recently.

Associate Kyle Janoczkin and Assistant Vice President Tarang Ramani arranged the transaction for the well-located, two-story, mixed-use property situated along a main retail corridor.

“CareFinders is aggressively expanding in New Jersey and in other key Northeast markets, and was specifically looking for a location on Bloomfield Avenue,” Janoczkin said in a statement. “With its exceptional visibility, this building proved an ideal fit for the brand’s continued growth.”

According to CareFinders, it is the largest home health provider in New Jersey. The Garden State-based company says it serves 19 of the state’s 21 counties from its 20 offices and boasts more than 5,000 Certified Home Health Aides.

The Bloomfield Avenue building is also home to a Santander Bank branch and drive-thru. According to Lee & Associates NJ, the half-acre site offers nearby street parking in addition to 10 on-site parking spaces along with proximity to major highways, the Garden State Parkway, Routes 3 and 21, and Interstate 280, among them.

That accessibility, according to Janoczkin, adds to the property’s appeal for business uses.

Janoczkin and Ramani are actively marketing another available unit at the Essex County property as exclusive agents, along with additional opportunities in the regional marketplace.
