Gold’s Gym will continue to operate at Teterboro flex property Hollister Corporate Center, following the renewal of its lease.

NAI James E. Hanson announced May 10 it negotiated a 42,985-square-foot agreement at 100 Hollister Road on behalf of the tenant, Bergen Fitness Inc.

The independent full-service brokerage, commercial real estate and property management firm’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprising Vice Presidents Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented Bergen Fitness along with MWM Group President Matthew Meade. Dawson Logistics Assets LLC c/0 Maple Tree US Management LLC was represented by KBC Advisors market leader Marc Petrella.

Hollister Corporate Center is a 177,092-square-foot multitenant flex property with proximity to Routes 17 and 46, along with Interstate 80.

According to NAI Hanson, the tenant tapped the firm to negotiate the renewal, “in one of the most competitive industrial markets in the area,” to keep operating the Gold’s Gym at the existing location.

“When a renewal is signed, it often represents the continuation of a successful relationship between the landlord and tenant,” Lizzack said in a statement. “In this case, our client has found success operating a fitness center and hoped to continue to operate at this location for years to come. We’re happy to help our client extend their stay at the property and wish them continued success.”

The facility is open 24 hours a day, with amenities including cardio equipment, boxing area, a pro shop, smoothie bar, sauna/steam room, Kids Club, women-only workout area, locker rooms, tanning and chiropractic services, according to its website.
