Greek Development’s third-party construction and project management division is growing, and so is its team.
The East Brunswick-based vertically integrated, industrial-focused real estate firm said Dec. 6 it promoted Paul Moser to director of construction and Steven Chick to pre-construction director to accommodate that expansion. Together, the pair will oversee the new division.

Moser and Chick both joined Greek in 2017 and, according to the firm, have been instrumental in delivering recent projects, including its award-winning, 1.7-million-square-foot Target Distribution Center at Logan North in South Jersey and the 735,000-square-foot Samsung Distribution Center at Linden Logistic Center in the north.
Moser came on board as project manager before being elevated to his prior project director position in 2020. Chick, meanwhile, joined the firm as an assistant project manager before this December elevation.
“Our design, build and project management expertise has been a core component of our success over the last 90 years. Paul and Steve’s new roles represent our ability to attract and develop the industrial sector’s next generation of leaders, who will lead our efforts to be the trusted source for building industrial facilities across the region,” said Greek Development Managing Partner Matt Schlindwein in a statement. “We’re extremely excited for these roles to enable Greek to expand its third-party service options. Paul and Steve have quickly become integral to our design and construction services and we’re eager to see what they will continue to accomplish.”
The third-party construction division offers services to owners, developers and tenants.
“We offer an excellent value proposition to anyone looking to build a Class A industrial facility in New Jersey or Pennsylvania,” Moser said. “Not only can we compete on price with any other general contractor, but we also bring the experience and expertise of a long-term owner and manager. That can help owners better anticipate schedules and pricing for the project, as well as ensure that while marketing and leasing the space, they have a contractor involved in the project that is capable of pricing and building a wide variety of interior fit-outs to suit the tenants needs.”
Along with Moser and Chick, Greek announced four additional promotions on the team: Jaime Brown and Matt Zangara to project manager, and John Bontz and Ken Deleo to senior construction superintendent.
The moves for the construction division follow four recent new hires at the expanding firm: Joe Baldwin as superintendent; Adam Swierski as assistant project manager; Jordin Jackson as project associate; and Zac Silverstein as assistant project manager. Over the summer, in announcing its new headquarters building, the firm said it had already added 17 new hires to the team in 2022.
