Hain Celestial is once again teaming up with and Feeding America to fight .

Through March 31, the Hoboken-based consumer packaged goods company will donate 10 cents to Feeding America for every specially marked bag of select Garden Veggie Snacks sold at participating Walmart stores.

According to Hain, the following products from its brand will support Walmart’s annual Fight Hunger. Spark Change campaign:

  • Garden Veggie Straws in Sea Salt 14 oz.
  • Garden Veggie Straws in Zesty Ranch 14 oz.
  • Garden Veggie Flavor Burst Tortilla Chips in Nacho Cheese 12 oz.
  • Garden Veggie Flavor Burst Tortilla Chips in Zesty Ranch 12 oz.
  • Garden Veggie Flavor Burst Tortilla Chips in Smoky BBQ 12 oz.

 

According to$1 currently helps provide at least 10 meals.

Hain said it will make a guaranteed minimum donation of $100,000 and up to a maximum possible donation of $250,000 to Walmart’s initiative.

Now in its 12th year, the Fight Hunger. Spark Change. Campaign has generated more than $206 million and secured 2 billion meals for Feeding America’s network of local food banks.

Hain began its participation in the effort last year, with four Garden Veggie Snacks items across 1,200 Walmart stores. In 2025, Hain will increase its commitment with five products available at nearly all 4,000-plus Walmart stores nationwide.

Purchases and donations made in-store or online are tied to ZIP codes serving that store’s location and go to the local Feeding America partner food bank in that community.

In a statement, Hain North America President Chad Marquardt said, “We are honored to expand our partnership with Feeding America and Walmart in this year’s Fight Hunger. Spark Change. campaign.

“At Hain, our mission is to build purpose-driven brands that make healthier living more attainable by empowering our people, engaging our partners, and living our values. By participating in this worthwhile initiative, we’re able to help make a difference and contribute even more to the fight against hunger,” he continued.

Lauren Biedron, senior vice president of corporate partnerships at Feeding America, added, “We are grateful for the continued support of the suppliers who join us in the movement to end hunger.”

The lineup of two dozen suppliers participating in this year’s Fight Hunger. Spark Change campaign for Walmart includes several other companies with a New Jersey presence, including:

  • B&G Foods Inc., Parsippany
  • Ben’s Original, Newark
  • Ferrero USA, Parsippany
  • Mondelez International, East Hanover
  • Unilever, Englewood Cliffs
