Hackensack Meridian Health has named Frank Citara as the chief operating officer at Bayshore Medical Center, a 211-bed not-for-profit community hospital in Holmdel.Hackensack Meridian Health has named Frank Citara as the chief operating officer at Bayshore Medical Center, a 211-bed not-for-profit community hospital in Holmdel.

Citara previously had served as the perioperative services manager at HMH’s Ocean Medical Center in Brick, where he oversaw business and operations of the hospital and its $25 million budget. Before entering the health care industry, Citara spent most of his career with UBS Financial Services.

He reports to Timothy Hogan, Bayshore Medical Center’s president.
