Cutler Systems Management, a Wayne-based provider of Web application management services, today announced the appointment of James Labick to executive vice president and chief operating officer. In this position, Labick will be responsible for operations across all Cutler offices, in the United States and abroad. Prior to joining Cutler, Labick served as Vice President and Managing Director of the Northeast region of CSC Consulting, where he was responsible for the revenue and profit targets for all of CSC”s operations in the key locations of New York, Boston and Philadelphia.
