After launching leasing in November, 351 Marin in Jersey City has secured 400 leases.

The 38-story tower located in the city’s Powerhouse Arts District developed by Kushner Real Estate Group and Northwestern Mutual has 507 residences, setting the stage for an unprecedented lease-up, according to an announcement about the milestone from 351 Marin.

The partners broke ground on the property in October 2019.

“Achieving this level of leasing velocity is a testament to the enormous appeal of 351 Marin, its location, and the overall lifestyle offering available here,” said KRE Group President Jonathan Kushner in a statement. “It also speaks to the current mindset of residents amidst the ongoing COVID landscape who are no longer leaving city settings, but are once again embracing the convenience, culture, nightlife and energy of Downtown Jersey City.”

The building offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with monthly rents starting from $2,970, according to The Marketing Directors, the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for the property.

Located one block from the Grove Street PATH Station and near commuter ferry service to Midtown Manhattan, 351 Marin is situated between Jersey City’s Hudson River waterfront and the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza.

The building offers a suite of amenities, including a 37th-floor Sky Lounge with coworking spaces, banquette seating and an outdoor, landscaped patio with a tiered theater and views of New York and Jersey City.

“The demand for a comprehensive offering of smartly designed living spaces and thoughtful amenities inside and out is soaring, and 351 Marin delivers in every respect,” said The Marketing Directors President Jacqueline Urgo. “The leasing velocity we’re experiencing here is at pre-COVID levels as residents are clamoring for an elevated lifestyle experience in a dynamic, well-connected neighborhood.”

Elsewhere in the building designed by Hollwich Kushner and HLW Architects is a 24-hour fitness center and group fitness area, a movie and screening space and game room. Outdoors, the amenity offerings continue, with a landscaped terrace and resort-style pool, fire pits and more.
