The Jonas Brothers will mark their 20th anniversary by going back to their New Jersey roots.

To celebrate the global pop group’s milestone, American Dream mall in East Rutherford plans to hold a free event for fans of Wyckoff natives Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas, according to a Feb. 14 announcement.

Scheduled for March 23, JONASCON will include live performances, DJ sets, Q&A panels, fan activations, pop-up surprises, immersive experiences and special guest appearances. A nod to their early days of mall performances, JONASCON seeks to honor the band’s journey while also showing appreciation to fans who have been with them since the beginning.

The brothers have not announced if they’ll be in attendance.

Fans can register for free at JonasBrothers.com. Anyone who registers will receive first access to additional Jonas Brothers-themed happenings throughout the weekend of March 22-23 at American Dream and in New York City, according to the announcement.

Additional details on exclusive, ticketed events will be announced in coming days to registered attendees, American Dream said.

‘We’ve all grown up together’

After getting their start in Disney Channel movies, the trio went on to become one of the biggest musical acts in the world. The Grammy Award-winning artists took a hiatus in 2013 and then got back together six years later.

In an Instagram post, the group expressed their feelings on their anniversary, saying, “To us, it feels like just yesterday we were loading up our family mini-van with a couple of guitars and copies of It’s About Time CDs, en route to an afternoon performance at a local mall to play for anyone who would listen … In the years that followed, you’ve given us a thousand lifetimes of incredible memories.

“We wake up each day filled with gratitude that you’ve been on this 20-year journey with us. Together we’ve celebrated wins, made mistakes, overcome obstacles and grieved losses. Put simply: we’ve all grown up together.”

The Jonas Brothers also promised new music, including group releases, solo music, a live concert album and a soundtrack. They also teased a holiday movie set to release this fall.
