Three new tenants are joining the Hillsborough Business Center in Somerset County while one current occupier is expanding its footprint at the 550,000-square-foot industrial/flex complex.
Larken Associates announced the transactions July 6. Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the firm’s in-house brokerage, represented the building, development and management company.
The recently announced deals at the 27-building center located on Stryker Lane in Hillsborough add up to nearly 9,000 square feet, including:
Situated on 100 acres, the Hillsborough Business Center is one block east of Route 206, with easy accessibility from Routes 1 and 22, along with Interstates 78 and 287. The property is suited for a range of uses, including research and development, lab, warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing and product assembly, fitness, recreation and day care. Units range from 288 square feet to 40,000 square feet; each suite features separate entrances, 18-foot to 20-foot clear heights, a full wet system throughout with central monitoring, and a tailboard and/or drive-in doors.

Earlier this year, Larken secured another expansion at the park and reached full occupancy on two buildings that recently increased their respective footprints to 38,261 square feet and 31,475 square feet.
