Lawrenceville is getting a new brewery and Taekwondo studio with the signing of two retail leases for the Manors Court Shopping Center.
Larken Associates announced the new tenants June 27. The leases bring the property located at 160 Lawrenceville-Pennington Road to full occupancy.
Both tenants were represented by Weichert Commercial Brokerage in their respective transactions with Larken, which was represented by Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the company’s in-house brokerage division.
