MAD Global Strategy announced Monday it is growing its footprint with the opening of a Trenton office, in addition to longtime State House veteran Robert Garrenger joining the firm’s advisory board.

The moves mark continued momentum for MAD Global. Recently, the firm announced the opening of its New York operation as well as the expansion of its Ohio operation through acquisitions.

Last year, NJBIZ profiled the firm – founded by Mike DuHaime.

In a Feb. 24 press release, MAD Global touted Garrenger’s “unparalleled work experience at the highest levels of the New Jersey state government.” Garrenger’s background includes nearly three decades of service and 25 years in the Office of the Governor in a series of roles where he devised and implemented strategies outlined by the governor, state treasurer and the attorney general; meanwhile overseeing and representing the governor and the Executive Branch in the legislative and budget process.
