Manasquan Bank launches home loans for community heroes

Lending products support educators, first responders, military personnel

Manasquan Bank is honoring community heroes.

The Wall Township-based community bank announced new home lending products June 25 tailored specifically for , and personnel.

Key things to know:

  • The Educators 1st Loan
    Available to professionals employed by public and private schools, including full-time and substitute teachers, school nurses, custodians, secretaries, administrative and staff at preschools, universities and other educational institutions
  • The First Responders Loan
    Supports active firefighters (both career and volunteer), police officers, paramedics, EMTs as well as 911 dispatchers
  • The Hero Home Loan
    Available to active-duty U.S. military personnel, veterans with an honor discharge, and members of the National Guard, Coast Guard or Reserves
  • Qualified clients are eligible for features like:
    – No Private Insurance (PMI) with as little as 15% down, without a rate increase
    – 0.125% rate discount when automatic payments come from a Personal Checking Account
    – Application fee refunded at loan closing – and no hidden fees
  • Programs are live and available for home purchases – more details are available here
