MarketFair in Princeton is growing its mix of dining and retail options.
In a recent press release, the Nuveen Real Estate-owned property announced over 41,000 square feet of new tenants coming soon.
Upcoming arrivals include:

Eyeglass retailer Warby Parker also opened a 1,909-square-foot outpost in late March at MarketFair.
Located on Route 1, the 242,000-square-foot, enclosed single-level shopping center has a lineup that includes Barnes & Noble, AMC Theatres, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, Seasons 52, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Williams Sonoma, Anthropologie, Club Pilates, Starbucks, Federal Donuts & Chicken, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Tommy’s Tavern + Tap.
As part of a multiyear growth strategy, Nuveen said it has invested $5 million to modernize the property. Upgrades include a reimagined south end corridor and main south exterior entrance, as well as addition of green walls, skylights, elevated furnishings and new exterior branded monument signage, the firm said.
Other enhancements at the Centennial Real Estate-managed property include curb access and ADA improvements, energy efficient lighting and HVAC upgrades, according to Nuveen.
Centennial Real Estate Senior Vice President Nikki Columbo commented, “MarketFair’s leasing momentum is driven by a forward-thinking strategy centered on quality, curation and market relevance.”
“By attracting an exceptional mix of well-known local and national brands, we’re elevating MarketFair’s role as a leading lifestyle destination in one of New Jersey’s most thriving and affluent markets,” she said.
