Cushman & Wakefield arranges deals at renovated Princeton Point campus for Nuveen

Cushman & Wakefield secured three leases in , led by deals for Trac Intermodal and SiriusXM, at Nuveen Real Estate‘s office campus.

The deals announced March 20 total more than 49,000 square feet of space at 600 and 650 College Road in the desirable municipality.

Nuveen recently invested in the property with renovations and new amenities.

Executive Managing Directors Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton represented ownership in the negotiations with:

  • Logistics firm Trac Intermodal 31,000 square feet
    Third floor, 600 College Road
  • Audio entertainment company SiriusXM14,500 square feet
    Third floor, 650 College Road
  • Private office USA Formulations3,700 square feet
    First floor, 650 College Road

Director Chris Horning said Princeton Point continues to outperform. “We pride ourselves on delivering a tenant-focused, hospitality-driven office environment for our clients and we’re pleased to see that resonate,” he said.

Situated in the Princeton Forrestal Center, the property offers proximity to downtown Princeton, Princeton Junction Train Station and Route 1.

CushWake has previously secured leases at the property, including an expansion for multinational pharmaceutical Dr. Reddy’s.

As companies seek spaces that enhance the office experience for employees, Elfand said the activity at 600 and 650 College Road underscores “that properties with robust amenities, recent renovations, and a financially stable, committed landlord partner like Nuveen continue to win in this market.”

The global commercial real estate services firm highlighted upgrades at Princeton Point, such as common collaboration areas, a game room and new lobby, active food access and ESG initiatives including EV charging stations and campus honeybees.

According to Cushman & Wakefield, Princeton Point has leasable footprints available from 3,000 up to 60,000 square feet.
