Marlton Square is welcoming new retailers to its lineup.

In a Sept. 17 press release, the Route 73 lifestyle center in Evesham Township announced the following openings:

  • Solidcore, a cutting-edge fitness studio offering low-impact, full-body, strength-training workouts
  • Tacoria, a Mexican restaurant featuring casual fare and a lively dining experience

 

According to Centennial, the retail real estate firm that manages the property, hair blowout service DryBar will open in mid-October and Philadelphia-based doughnut restaurant Federal Donuts will make its New Jersey debut in early 2025.

Nikki Columbo, senior vice president of national at Centennial, said, “Today’s is a reflection of our commitment to providing a dynamic and inviting environment for our visitors. We’ve introduced a curated mix of retailers and services that meet the evolving needs of our growing community, and we’re excited to see how these changes continue to resonate with our customers.”

Making investments

The new leases come as Marlton Square marks the completion of a nearly half-million capital improvement project.

A 16% year-over-year increase in shopper traffic prompted the upgrades at the 87,000-square-foot property, according to Centennial.

Outside, changes include new monument signage, white vinyl perimeter fencing and rooftop lighting. Inside, there are new storefront benches, colorful Adirondack chairs as well as decorative pole and sconce fixtures.

Additionally, existing tenants T-Mobile and Turning Point renovated their interior spaces.

Anthony Palino, the center’s general manager, said, “Our mission is to create a premier shopping destination for all of South Jersey. Continued investments have proven to elevate the shopping experience with their favorite brands and trendy food options. With these improvements, we continue to create a strong sense of place for our local community and beyond.”

Marlton Square is anchored by a Trader Joe’s grocery store. Other tenants include Playa Bowls, Chop’t, Ethan Allen, J. Crew Factory, Alpha Fit Club, J Suites, Poke Bros and Starbucks.
