After breaking ground in 2024, The Atlantic Club Residences celebrated is topping off this summer, as the luxury oceanfront condominium project prepares to debut at the Jersey Shore.

Stillman Development International achieved the construction milestone June 24, completing the structural framework for the two residential towers rising at 390 Ocean Ave. N. in the Monmouth County city.

According to developers, The Atlantic Club Residences anticipates welcoming its first residents as the calendar turns to 2027.

The project will transform 4 acres of oceanfront property. It seeks to infuse a new standard at the shore, bringing a dose of “Miami-style” luxury. In fact, designer Shore Point Architecture took inspiration from that city’s iconic Fontainebleau hotel.

The Atlantic Club Residences will feature 132 condominiums; 128 with waterfront views. Layouts range from one to five bedrooms and span approximately 993 square feet to 4,246 square feet, along with two penthouses.

In May 2024, The Atlantic Club broke records when its last-available penthouse sold for nearly $6 million. Prices begin at $1.5 million for remaining inventory.

A double-height lobby, which takes inspiration from the Chanel flagship store in Paris, will welcome residents and visitors. Plans call for the space to feature curated, gallery-quality installations by Cristina Grajales, including bespoke glasswork by Christophe Côme.

Stillman noted The Atlantic Club Residences offer no public restaurant or commercial spaces. The developer said the elite privacy ensures exclusive access for residents and their guests.
