The 2026 NJBIZ Leading Women in Business drew 400 business leaders, executives and other guests to The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset Aug. 18 for an evening celebration of success.
Expanded in 2024 to recognize even more honorees, the former Best Fifty Women in Business program recognizes outstanding women who have and continue to make a significant impact on the New Jersey business landscape, and their communities. In addition to the traditional category recognition, NJBIZ also spotlighted three Rising Stars this year.
Following an open nomination period, a panel of independent judges selected award recipients using a points system to evaluate submissions.
This year’s event featured a cocktail reception followed by the award presentation and post-show dessert and networking reception. Supporters of the 2026 program include reception sponsor Rivkin Radler along with celebration sponsors CSG Law (Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC), ELEC 825, Russo Development and Verisk.
