NAI Hanson inks lease deal for industrial building in Carlstadt

NAI James E. Hanson announced Monday it has facilitated a full-building lease agreement with KS Trading Corporation at a newly-renovated industrial building, located at 495 Barell Ave. in Carlstadt.The 23,062-square-foot building’s landlord, Barell 495 SG LLC was represented by Thomas A. Vetter and Jeffrey W. DeMagistris, NAI James E. Hanson senior vice presidents. William Lee, a vice president at Eastern International Reality Inc., represented the tenant.

KS Trading is a New Jersey-based manufacturer and marketer of men and boys casual clothing.

“The landlord completely renovated the building which led to a high level of interest from industrial users,” Vetter said in a prepared statement. “Ultimately the building upgrades and its easy access to major area highways and public transportation were an ideal fit for KS Trading Corporation as it expands its operations in Bergen County.”
